Whereas the player ♥♥♥♥♥ his pants if the rider leans any amount in either direction in fear of falling over. The worst part is that the AI can lean further and safer than the player given the fact they're coded to know how far is too far. (Forgive the long and probably vague descriptions, I honestly don't know the section numbers/names.)
You can lean a bit more to the right on both jumps and maybe gain some time, but not too far. I'm mainly referring to these two points: the big roller on the right turn before the three table jumps on the far side of the track, and the first roller at the right turn at the beginning of the roller section. I think the first round in Russia is one of the more forgiving tracks because the rider himself can go out of bounds a bit further than normal without getting a reset. One of 14 tracks on the 2021 race calendar so play through career mode first as you can and will encounter this circuit on the calendar or could race around it. Track cutting is pretty brutal on most tracks. Time attacks could keep the tighter reset boundaries. I think it should also be made to be more forgiving in races, as you're not really setting any records in them and racing situations can simply force you out of track and the resets are really anti-immersive.

I think "track cutting" could be fixed with a patch so no need to wait for the next game. Most of the reset spots are not even in inside corners but on straights, so there's no cutting either. Especially on this track it's seems to be too harsh.
My line makes me hit the bump just outside the track on right side and it resets me. There are a few spots where your line can end up out of track for just a little bit and you get resetted, like after the first long left turn (from starting line), with the double bump downhill towards a tight right.
